As a veterinary liaison, I attend appointments, take detailed notes, ask the questions you forgot or didn’t know to ask, and translate what was said into clear, actionable steps you can actually follow at home. I can also coordinate across clinics, track treatment timelines, manage scheduling, and keep everyone on the same page.

The Background Behind This Work
I am not a pet sitter who decided to add a pet care coordination service. This work is grounded in formal training and more than a decade of hands-on experience with medically complex animals.
I began my veterinary technician training at 16 under Dr. Hannis L. Stoddard III, an internationally recognized avian medicine specialist and the founder of Avid Identification Systems, the first pet microchip and recovery system. His clinic handled exotic birds, reptiles, small mammals, and wildlife rehabilitation.
My formal education in veterinary technology at Argosy University covered Small Animal Medicine, Veterinary Diseases, Veterinary Lab Procedures, Animal Behavior, Comparative Anatomy, Emergency and Critical Care, Parasitology, Microbiology, and Veterinary Pharmacology. I have worked in small animal and exotic pet clinics, including emergency and critical care settings.
Since 2014, I have focused exclusively on in-home care, which means I understand how veterinary recommendations land in real life, in a real home, with a real person trying to follow through on them. I am also a certified Pet First Aid and CPR Instructor.
When I sit in an appointment with your vet, I understand what is being said. When I relay it to you, I make sure you do too.

What Pet Care Coordination Looks Like in Practice
Every situation is different, but here is how veterinary liaison support typically unfolds:
Before the Appointment
We talk through what is happening with your pet, what you want to make sure gets addressed, and any concerns or questions you have been sitting with. I review existing records or notes if you have them.
At the Appointment
I attend in your place or alongside you. I take structured notes on findings, recommendations, medication changes, and next steps based on the level of details in what your vet usually provides in their follow-up documentation. I ask clarifying questions in real time so nothing is missed.
After the Appointment
You receive a clear written summary of everything that happened and what comes next, in plain language. If follow-up calls to the clinic are needed, I can handle them.
Ongoing Support
For pets in active treatment or managing chronic conditions, I track appointments, coordinate between providers, manage scheduling, and keep you informed without requiring you to chase down information yourself.
Ongoing Veterinary Liaison Packages
For pets with ongoing medical needs, I offer care coordination packages tailored to fit your situation. These are for animals receiving regular therapy, managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or aging into more complex care.
Packages include a mix of liaison support, in-person clinic visit time, appointment summaries, and communication with your veterinary and therapy teams.

Yes. I can accompany your pet to appointments solo or alongside you. I take careful notes, ask questions you’ve shared ahead of time, and provide a clear summary afterward.
